NOTE: Oct 2023 - very limited opening winter 2023/4 - winter bar and food hours shown are from 30.10.23 Templehall started life as part of the Temple Dairy back in 1812 and is now a small family-owned village hotel, popular with walkers on the St Cuthbert's Way. Following the closure of the smaller lower bar, the hub of the hotel is the upper Kale Lounge bar (accessed from the main road entrance), which doubles as a dining room and also in summer a tea room.
