See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
A pleasant New Town basement pub with a loyal contingent of regulars. Features are a large island bar and interesting Victorian print above the fireplace. An open fire makes it a cosy place to spend a winter afternoon. Good quality traditional pub food is served in a dinning area adjacent to the bar. Booking by telephone recommended in busy periods.
