Historic inn situated close to Kelso Abbey. The split level bar and lounge/eating area have wood panelled floors and part exposed brick walls, giving it a brasserie-like feel. The striking bar counter has one handpump and an impressive range of spirits on the optics behind. Meals are served all day. There's a children's menu but no other facilities for them. The toilets are accessed through the beer garden via a code.
