Bennets Bar8 Leven Street
See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
One of the city's top pub interiors in a Grade B listed building, this is quintessential late-Victorian Edinburgh pub architecture - from the Jeffrey's Brewery etched door panels and window screens to the snug and a wonderful Bernard's mirror. The magnificent gantry houses a top-class range of malts and spirit barrels. Sadly only one of the Aitken founts is now working for the foreseeable future. Food is available in the adjacent lounge but may not be served on Monday's in winter.
