Originally built in 1890 to house members of Gullane Golf Club, this attractive half-timbered pub has views over the golf links to the Lammermuir Hills and has been family-owned for over 35 years. The part-panelled walls are adorned with historic memorabilia and stuffed animals. Caricature style statuettes of the Marx Brothers and Laurel and Hardy look down from the gantry. Food features prominently and is served all day, The extensive varied menu, includes simple snacks, vegetarian and children's options and is supplemented with daily specials. NOTE: Table service operates for food and drink throughout. The Real Ale is served via the founts with the long spouts. CAMRA Edinburgh and SE Scotland Real Ale Quality Award winner 2023.
