Caley Sample Room42-58 Angle Park Terrace
See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
Large one roomed bar with iron pillars and brick walls which resembles the sample cellar of the now-closed Caledonian brewery. It is subdivided between eating and drinking areas. The changing real ales are generally from Scottish breweries but can be UK wide. The reasonably priced food is popular and is served all day. Breakfasts are served at weekends and roasts on Sunday. The atmosphere is usually relaxed but hots up when Hearts are at home.
NOTE: Alcoholic drinks are served from 11am.
