Stobsmill Inn [Bruntons]25 Powdermill Brae
See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
This small pub, built in 1866, is now the only pub in Gorebridge and is only distinguished from neighbouring houses by a large red T and two small signs. The bar is a single laminate-floored room with one part containing a long L-shaped counter lined with stools. The other has bench seating, tables and chairs and a large clock. The décor and skylight give a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Down a few steps is an attractive area with tables and chairs and bench seating. Food is severed in the Brunton Restaurant downstairs and also available in the bar.
NOTE: Entry is restricted to those over 21, unless dining.
