An attractive traditional bar, sitting across from the harbour in the historic fishing village of Newhaven. This is a very friendly locals' pub on two levels, the larger being beside the bar counter, and has a separate street entrance. There are historical memorabilia on the walls with sea-charts on the ceiling to tie in with the harbour’s original association as a Royal Dockyard where the 'Great Michael' was built, the largest warship of its time in Europe. Toasties served until 7pm. Children are not admitted.
