200-year-old Inn perched on the Ale Water (yes really!). Parts have been upgraded but the front bar (beware the sliding door!), with real fire, remains virtually untouched since 1906 retaining pine panelling throughout. There is also a comfy drinking/dining area with additional snug at the front. Born Brewery owned, food features strongly with local produce that is sometimes foraged with their 'Plough to Platter' ethos matching the Brewery’s 'Plough to Pint' philosophy.
